What happens after I return the survey and contract to you?
Once received I will contact you by phone or email to go over the survey in more detail and quote an estimated cost.
How long will my guide take to prepare?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for preparation of the guide. You will be contacted upon completion and will be mailed an invoice to make final payment via check/money order. Once payment is received, the completed guide will be mailed out to you by Priority Mail.
How do I get extra copies?
An extra charge will occur for additional copies of the guide. If requested, an attachment in PDF can be emailed to you at no extra charge. Please read the Travel Survey & Contract for additional terms and agreement. |
